Description
Most dish racks are purely functional. This one is designed to become part of your kitchen.
Handmade in Sri Lanka from solid Sri Lankan teak, this wooden dish drying rack is built with thicker timber and a strong two-level design for everyday use. Each component is shaped and hand-finished by our workshop team, then protected with a sealer and top coat to help preserve the natural teak surface.
The upper section holds up to 15 plates upright in individual slots, while the lower level provides space for cups, glasses and bowls. A separate side holder keeps cutlery and cooking utensils organized without taking up plate space.
A water-collecting drip mat is included with every rack to help manage water underneath and protect your countertop.

Designed for Everyday Kitchens
At approximately 28 inches long, this is a large-capacity wooden dish rack designed for households that regularly wash several plates, cups and utensils at once.
The open two-level structure keeps different types of dishes organized while allowing air to move around them as they dry.
Because every rack is made from natural teak, grain pattern, color and small variations in appearance will differ slightly from piece to piece. These variations are part of genuine solid wood and make every rack unique.
Handmade, Not Mass Produced
We use thicker teak components than many lightweight wooden drying racks and finish each rack by hand in our Sri Lankan workshop.
Most racks are made to order, although some finishes may occasionally be available from stock. Custom dimensions are also available if our standard size does not suit your countertop.
Assembly
The rack is supplied in parts for safer shipping and straightforward home assembly.
Numbered parts and assembly instructions are included. One person can typically assemble the rack in around 15 minutes using a suitable drill or Allen key.
Care
Wipe away excess water and food residue with a soft damp cloth as needed.
Avoid soaking the rack or allowing standing water to remain on the wooden surfaces for extended periods. Keep the drip mat and the area underneath the rack clean and allow the rack to dry naturally between uses.
Because the rack has a sealed protective finish, contact us before applying additional oils, coatings or refinishing products if you are unsure which treatment to use.
