Are your products really handmade?
Yes. Every product is shaped, sanded, and finished by hand by our in-house craftsmen. We don’t mass-produce each piece is made with time, care, and attention to detail.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide with door-to-door delivery and tracking. Please note: any tariff, customs, or import fees are not covered by us and may vary by country.
Do you offer free shipping?
Most orders include free shipping. Orders over $35 automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Because every item is handcrafted to order specifically for you in our Sri Lankan workshop, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges — your piece is made the moment you place your order.
That said, we stand behind our craftsmanship completely. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving it. We review every case personally and will find the right solution for you.
What if my item looks different from the photo?
Teak is a living, natural material — no two pieces have the same grain, tone, or texture. Photos on our site show a representative example of each product. Your piece will carry its own unique character, which is part of what makes handcrafted teak so special. If you have questions about a specific product before ordering, reach out and we'll share more photos.
How do I care for my teak wood product?
Teak is naturally durable. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, and keep away from extreme heat or moisture. For long-term shine, you can apply a light coat of food-safe oil occasionally.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Processing for handmade products usually takes 3-10 days. Delivery times vary by location, but you’ll be able to track your package once shipped. (most of our order shipped 2-7 business days)
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! We accept selected custom orders depending on the design and wood availability. Send us your idea or reference photo, and we’ll discuss possibilities and pricing.
Are all pieces identical?
No two pieces of teak are the same—each product has unique grain patterns and natural variations. That’s part of the charm of handcrafted wood.
