Processing time Most orders ship in 3–7 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design.

Shipping method & delivery time We ship most orders via DHL Express with end-to-end tracking. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch (remote areas/customs may take longer).

Shipping cost

• FREE shipping on orders $35+
• Flat rate $19.99 for orders under $35

Duties & taxes We ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority at the time of delivery. If customs requires additional information for clearance, we may contact you to assist.
