At Wood Ceylon, each product is made by hand using natural materials. Because of this craftsmanship, our policies are created to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work. Please read this policy thoroughly before purchasing.

No Returns or Refunds for Any Reason
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Natural variations in wood color or grain
• Customer dissatisfaction with size, shape, color, or handmade features
• Damage caused by customer handling
Handmade products naturally include variations — these are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items Policy
We take great care with packaging, but shipping damage can occur.
We do not accept returns for damaged items, but we will still assist you.
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Send photos and a description to:

What We Offer for Damaged Items
We can assist in two ways:
• Provide detailed repair guidance, OR
• Repair the item at our workshop
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
Due to high shipping cost, replacement parts are not sent.
