REFUND POLICY
Every piece in our collection is made to order by hand in Sri Lanka — shaped, sanded, and finished by our artisans specifically for your order. Because each item is unique and built for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We take enormous care in packing every order for its international journey. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and reach out to us at hello@woodceylon.com. We will review every case personally and do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement, a store credit, or another solution that works for you.
NATURAL WOOD VARIATION NOTE
As with all natural teak, the grain, colour tone, and texture of your piece will be one-of-a-kind. Product photos show a representative example — your item will carry its own character. This is what makes each WoodCeylon piece genuinely unique.
