Small Wooden Dish Drying Rack – Handcrafted Teak

Designed for kitchens where counter space matters, this small wooden dish drying rack offers practical everyday storage in a compact handcrafted design.

Each rack is handmade in Sri Lanka from solid Sri Lankan teak using thicker wooden components for a strong and substantial feel. The finished rack is protected with a sealer and protective top coat to help preserve the natural teak surface during normal kitchen use.

The upper section holds up to 8 plates, while the lower level provides additional space for cups, glasses and bowls. A separate side holder keeps cutlery and cooking utensils organized without taking up valuable plate space.

A water-collecting drip mat is included with every rack to help manage water underneath and protect your countertop.

Made for Small Kitchens

At approximately 18 inches long × 15 inches wide × 17 inches high, this compact wooden dish rack is designed for apartments, smaller kitchens, limited countertops and households that do not need the capacity of a full-size drying rack.

Its two-level layout uses vertical space efficiently while keeping plates, cups and utensils separated and easy to reach.

Handmade from Solid Teak

Every rack is individually made and hand-finished in our Sri Lankan workshop. We use solid teak rather than thin lightweight components, giving the rack a stronger and more substantial construction.

Because teak is a natural material, grain pattern, tone and small variations in appearance will differ from one rack to another. These natural differences make every piece unique.

Assembly

The rack is supplied in parts for safer shipping. Numbered parts and assembly instructions are included, and assembly typically takes around 15 minutes using a suitable drill or Allen key.

Care

Wipe away excess water and food residue with a soft damp cloth as needed. Avoid soaking the rack or leaving it in standing water for extended periods.

Keep the drip mat and the area underneath the rack clean, and allow the wooden components to dry naturally between uses.
